What happens next
We record your cancellation with the date and time it reached us, show you that confirmation on the next page and send the same text to your address. Access stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is charged after it.
Cancelling never deletes anything. Your account and your profile stay exactly as they are; what ends is access to the current week. If you also want the account and its data gone, that is a separate, deliberate step on your account page.
An email works just as well — the address is in the legal notice. Cancelling through the payment provider's own customer portal works too. This form exists so that none of that is necessary.
