Who sells the subscription
The service is operated by the provider named above. Nothing is sold here today: there is no checkout, and no subscription can be taken out.
Paid subscriptions, once they are offered, will be sold by a payment provider acting as merchant of record: that provider will be the seller, will issue the invoice, collect payment and remit VAT. Its name will be stated here, and in the terms of service, before the first subscription can be taken out. The terms of service and the notice on the right of withdrawal already set out what that will mean for you.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle, § 36 VSBG). If something is wrong, write to jpuosi@gmail.com — that is faster than any board, and it is the route we actually read.
